Dates are one of the tastiest fruit which contains high amount of fiber. Dates contain oil, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and copper. These minerals are considered as a essential nutrition for the good health. They contain vitamins and minimum requirement for the day’s energy. Dates are effective for constipation, weight gain, sexual weakness and abdominal cancer. Due to its taste it is considered as the crown of fruit. It is instant energy provider after consumed. The date is considered as a good laxative for the aged people. The dates must be soaked in the water for full night and in the morning it should be taken for the relief of the problem. Dates are rich in sugar and fat content which make a good product for gaining weight. Ripe dates are used for controlling diarrhea as it contains the salt of potassium. Abdominal cancer is cured by the dates. They work better medicine for the abdominal cancer. Nicotinic content of the date is used for the intestinal disorders and check on the growth of pathological organisms. One kilogram of dates has energy of three thousand calories.
